It's not like I expected any bag from Burberry to be affordable, but that doesn't mean that the high prices don't take my breath away each time. For more than some people's monthly rent — $795 — you can be the proud and posh owner of one Burberry Brit Check Laptop Bag.

It's not the most pricey of designer laptop bags — YSL's $1,800 beauty comes to mind — but it's certainly up there. Who's taking this? And if you are, please tell me what your recession-proof profession is.

Not even if I could afford it! The bag isn't even that great looking. If I had that much disposable income I would help someone less fortunate than me before I'd spend that much money on a bag! :(

There is NO WAY I would pay $800 laptop bag. I don't care who made it or whose name is on the darn thing. People may like the bag but if they have bills to pay, then they would be a fool to spend money that they don't have on this thing.
