13Not good enough for me. That heart one is way too cutsie for my style. The starburst might be worth it, but its still not really worth it.

15Just take normal photos and then do what you want with photoshop. There are a bunch of tutorials online if you don't know how to do anything, and it is pretty fun to learn on your own!
