Whenever I'm on the phone and I need to write-down a message, I can never seem to find a pen and pad handy. I know how to take notes on my BlackBerry when I'm not on the phone, but I didn't know you could actually record notes during a phone conversation. Well there's actually an easy way to do this without hanging up on the person (that is if you have a BlackBerry). Here's how:
- While you are on the phone, click the trackwheel.
- Navigate to the notes icon.
- Open notes and start typing your text.
- What's great is that the notes will stay attached to the phone number in the log.
- You can also attach them and forward them to a friend.

ahh very handy!
1Ooo that's a new trick for me!
Thanks geek!
2Right now a Blackberry would come in handy... hehe.
3Well if I had one I would do that!
4Useful!
5you can do that on any phone. well at least my razr and slvr (probably any motorola phone).
1. while im on a call, i hit speaker so i can still talk to the person.
2. then the middle menu button and go to messages (or whatever else you want to do)
3. then type your message and save it as a draft or save a number to your phone (i do that a lot when people give me a number over the phone) or take a picture or anything
none of that will disrupt your phone call and the person will never know, other than that you're on speaker.
