Sitting at your desk all day can be extremely boring, but it might be more exciting if your desk was on wheels. The ScooterDesk concept is a wheeled "standing desk" with an included writing tablet. It reminds me of a bar stool on wheels, but was designed to make typing and filling out paperwork away from your traditional desk a little bit easier. I like the idea, but don't think it would be especially chic in an office. Anyone else think it looks a lot like the Daybed "Workstation of the Future" we saw a few months back?

that looks really uncomfortable.
1it's so.. awkward.
2Impratical.
3I think it' clever, but it doesn't look comfortable for long-term use.
4its kinda cool
like when youre working on something and need an opinion or to look at something to check, instead of leaving your work at a desk and rolling in your chair to go, you can bring both with you
5It doesn't look the most comforatable
6That looks hilarious!
7the first thing i thought was, "yeah. i would SO roll over a cord - or my own FOOT - and knock my macbook pro right off of the stand!"
no, thanks.
8Meh. It's a good idea, but impractical.
9uncomfortable, stupid design.
10Interesting if you have a large space to roll around in.
11I'd rather sit at a desk with a chair that is actually comfortable.
12
you could have some wicked fun office races on that thing!
13i quote Leopardcc and add... I wanna try one of these things!!
14interesting! i think this would be great if one worked from home and needed to say check on something in the oven or on a sleeping child and still be able to work a bit.
15I'm not so sure about it... I'm going with "impractical".
16I think it would be uncomfortable after awhile, talk about bad posture.
17this product was not made for a man
18I'm torn on it.
19It's pretty lazy, but I love it anyway!
20It looks so awkward. I cant imagine that anyone would be comfortable for a long length of time on this thing. Why dont they just mount the laptop on a stationary bike and at least be able to exercise on it while staying plugged in.
21hahahahaha
22though i guess how that could come in handy sometimes..?
Where the hell would I scoot around with that exactly? LOL.
23thats so weird looking and if you were typeing a paper or somethin where would u put ur paper desks are better
24p.s. it looks really uncomfortable.
p.p.s. looks like a lot of fun to ride on though
That is just totally geeky!
25There's no arm or foot rests, so my a.d.d. self would not be impressed after about 5 minutes!
26This would work great for someone giving a presentation. Just set this up instead of a podium and you could roll around the stage.
27love it, but....... w/out wheels and with a chair.
28hahahaha that looks hilarious but i suppose it would be awfully uncomfortable after 10 minutes
29hahah...looks uncomfortable.
