November 21 is the official anniversary of the Nintendo DS, which hit stores five years ago today.
Over the past five years, the DS has seen its fair share of changes, from the cosmetic: awesome bundles and color options (like gold, red, blue, and green) and fun cases — to the inventive: this year's DSi and subsequent accessories and larger-screen model available overseas.
I'm proud to profess my love for the DS again this year: Happy Birthday Nintendo DS!

YEAAAAHH! i remeber i got the very first version of this system and have been addidcted since then! I had to get the DS, DSlite and now i have the DSi and am shamefully loving it!
1I remember when this came out and I was playing my old gameboy advanced and looking at my friend with his new DS with envy.
2I still have my original DS (red, Mario Kart edition) and am still loving it
