John Mayer [1] headed out to dinner solo on Tuesday night and yesterday stopped by a doctor's office as he gears up for his world tour, which kicks off next week [2]. He just got back from a short trip to Australia where he debuted some new songs [3] and weighed in on the Britney lip-syncing debate [4]. His Battle Studies album is out on Tuesday and when the whole thing leaked on the Internet this week, John politely requested that fans think about buying it too [5] and he expressed gratitude [6] at people's positive responses.
