The WiFi situation in hotels is shameful. Sometimes WiFi is not even offered at all, and I've been desperate enough to pay for it, which itself can be a huge hassle (check out the list of best and worst hotels for WiFi from '07 — not much has changed).

In general, I just want to see free WiFi become a normal, standard offering in hotels, especially with so many people traveling for business. It's the future!
