This past week was a busy one with cell phone chatter, as we learned about three new phones that will be making their way to store shelves very soon. For instance, the new and improved BlackBerry Storm2 has just gone on sale in Verizon stores across the US and will cost $180 on a two-year contract after a $100 mail-in rebate. Meanwhile, the fashionable Palm Pixi, which costs $99, will be coming to Sprint stores on Nov. 15. And last but not least, the beautiful BlackBerry Bold 9700, which doesn't have a release date just yet, but is rumored to be hitting T-Mobile and AT&T networks this November. With all this talk about smartphones, I'm interested in knowing whether or not one of these handsets has made it to your wish list or if there's one in particular you can't wait to see in person? If so, which one?

You need an option that says none because I love my iPhone.
1From having to type on an Ipod Touch, I absolutely would hate to depend on an Iphone for texting. The keypad on a Blackberry is precise and you can type a book if you want very, very quickly. A touch screen is nice, but without the option to type with real buttons, never ever. If I want apps, I do have the Ipod Touch. With the Ipod Touch and a Blackberry, Im whole.
2Well we are stuck with ATT here in our area so it has to be the BBB. My DH just fried his phone in a Margerita and he now has my old phone and hates it....so another one is on my list for Christmas.

5I'm with Jmartens. No Droid? If Apple doesn't make good improvements next year with the iphone I'm leaving ATT. I wish they did iphone releases in January so I could save myself a few hundred in service plan alone.
6of these three, i'm most excited to try out the palm pixi in person. blackberries are just more of the same in a different case.
future phones, i really want to see what htc has up their sleeve with android 2.0 on sprint and i'm really excited to see what palm and apple have planned for next summer.
