Most keyboards choose function over bells and whistles, but the Luxeed keyboard from Korea is all about a little extra pizazz. The white backlit model retails for approximately $127 and can light up in unique color combinations. A more simple black backlit version features black keys with letters and characters keys that change color. I think the added color would be distracting and make me avert my eyes to my keyboard instead of my screen, but there's no denying it's fun!

34If this was cheaper and I owned a desktop I'd be all for it. I really like the toned done black version of it. Maybe because it reminds me of my PowerBook keyboard, but more fun.
What I think is beneficial about the keyboard is that maybe for kids who are learning to type or older generations (like my mom), you can program the colors to coordinate with the fingers that are used for the keys. For example, the F, G, V, B, T, R, 4 and 5 keys can be purple and the like for the other fingers.
