12 Free Must Have Apps for the BlackBerry
You're probably wondering if you read the title correct — yes, it
does say BlackBerry! If I'm not talking about iPhone apps to
use while traveling, to take
on road trips with kids, ones to use for
entertaining guests, then I'm talking about
iPhone radio apps and
handy camera apps. Needless to say, it's usually all about the iPhone. But not today my friends, today I'm showing my beloved BlackBerry some love with these essential and handy (not to mention, free!) apps.

thanks for making us bb kids feel included
1This is a fantastic roundup! I am downloading them all!
2What, no Poynt or Google Voice? I love those apps! I'm sure alot of people will also recommend Viigo as well.
3I would have chosen UberTwitter over Twitterberry. But great list. I definitely recommend Viigo, though.
4Yes, definitely Viigo too!
5BTW, the Google Mobile app gives you access to Google Voice.
6Great list! Definitely would have said UberTwitter over TwitterBerry though. And I didn't know about the Amazon app, downloading it now!
7I just upgraded my Blackberry Pearl. My favorite app for the Blackberry is from Amazon.com. I order a lot of DVD's, Books, and CD's from Amazon and Amazon UK. This app makes it much easier. There is even a currency converter.
I will have to download the Google voice app. I have a Google email account and my other cell phone is a Lotus LG that has Google voice.
8awesome! thank you so much !
9This is awesome! Thanks so much!
10Anytime! And here's a hint -- If you download the BlackBerry App World on your BB, it's much easier (and faster) to download the apps directly from there!
11Hey people,
12Nice to be here, hope to stay a long time and be a help to others
Love my Blackberry and love that there are new apps coming out. Keep lists like this coming for the 'cool kids' who rock the 'berries!
13I would have to go with Instango instead of AIM or any other IM application. Also, Vlingo and Viigo are the two apps I use (and love) most. Thomson Reuters News Pro and AP News are both top notch news apps as well.
I've had a few issues with Google Sync where it's just magically deleted some of my contacts. Otherwise, it's got my vote as well. I don't really use any of the other Google apps.
Opera Mini is another favorite of mine (especially the ability to sync bookmarks). I'm not overly fond of the BB browser.
Thanks for the tip on the Amazon application! Going to check it out now.
14Finally blackberry info. All I hear now is all bout iphones.
