Knowing how much geeks love LEGOs and how much everyone loves the Guitar Hero game, it seems natural that a combination of the two is destined for greatness.
Enter this homemade model of a Gibson Explorer that is made up entirely of LEGO blocks. Best part about it, is the device works as a controller for the Guitar Hero game. It features an added extra large scratch-plate for style and some serious geek cred.

Ohh wow. Kick ass guitar! It's fully functional too! I waant. Though I do wonder how it handles.. Lego blocks tend to hurt.
1That is SO cool!!!! I would so love to play that.
2Hate to be petty, but the plural of LEGO is LEGO, not LEGOs.
3i have no idea how these people do so much with legos! oh-so-creative!
4very neat!!
5but in BIG news---
GUITAR HERO for WII (!!!!) out in October!! 90 bucks!
i love guitar hero. but i also think this controller would hurt after, ahem, a few hours of playing pro face off with yr buddies...
6Wow!
7Clever and cute... but I'm with melyshka. I can't imagine how comfortable it would be after playing for hours, trying to nail that awful PyschoBilly Freakout on hard.
8That is pretty awesome! Definitely something I'd use primarily for display purposes and to outgeek my friends!
9I would so hang that on my wall, but probably impractical for use.. Huge geek out over the functionality though.
10It's completely awesome, but I wouldn't necessarily use it for gaming. It sure is pretty to look at, though!
And, I'm pretty sure that the plural for "lego" varies based on the country you're in (meaning that everyone else says it "lego" but people here in the US say "legos").
11I so want this...

13It'd be better if the sides were smoother, but great concept!
