This is one of those bags that you instantly love or hate. I love bags that resemble something my grandma would carry all her knitting materials in, so when I saw this one on Shiny Shiny, I was dually impressed to learn that it is made for laptops! This Afric Laptop Bag by J'tote comes with bamboo handles, purple leather tassels, and a padded suede shoulder strap. With lots of pockets on the inside and out, there is a ton of room for your cell phone, iPod, wallet, make-up and keys. I would love to have a bag like this, but for $175 I think I'd expense out on something more practical for everyday use. Let me know what you think about it below!

5yeah... it's a little too much in terms of price and form. Too much going on. And I'm not down with the bamboo handles. It's not going to be too comfortable carrying around a laptop in a bag with bamboo handles.

16Yeah I think I'd have to agree with piesecki ... on one hand, it seems too much for me, but I have SUCH a monochrome wardrobe that it would really stand out ... it seems like laptop bags are looking more and more like everyday purses, so I'm not sure what the big deal is (well, aside from the "extra padding"). Plus I think a shoulder strap would ruin the look of this purse/bag. Might as well pop my iBook into my regular bag!
