What's your solution to keeping cool on a hot day? Do you drink lots of water, stay in the shade, or maybe you use one of these carbine hook fans? I don't know what your fashion sense is, but when I saw these fans on 7Gadgets my initial reaction was eek! Even though they come in a variety of colors and conveniently clip on a belt loop, I can't imagine having one of these fans dangling from my shorts. Although I'd definitely consider keeping one in my bag to pull out during a sweatstache emergency! What are your thoughts?

I would use it at the salon. Those dryers get super hot.
I have my doubts on that thing keeping me cool...so I'll just find somewhere with a/c
Leave it!
Lame. I can't imagine seeing someone walking down the street fanning themselves with one of these things. Ha.
not cool
Tacky...but you would want that in the heat so I would put it in my purse or something
anything hooked on your belt is a no.
glue it onto your head &you re off to space
That doesn't look like it would give much air
i agree with sarabel. anything on your belt is tacky, including cell phones. the coolness of this is right along side a fanny pack.
I like it I want it.
totally geeky, no thanks.
thats waaaay too dweeby. but i'd get it for my little sister. she like stuff like that.
ew, that's kind of hideous...
The problem with fans and such devices is that the second you stop using it you feel more heat in your face than you felt in the first place
Definitely not to hang off of my belt, but I would put it in my bag to use if I really needed it.
Barf
no thank you
Defnitely a bag item, not an accessory item. Bleh. I live in Texas and even I wouldn't hook that on my shorts during a heat wave.
only time i would use this is if i were at a theme park..then it may come in handy
I can see using it if I were standing in line outside. It's freaking hot in Texas.
gracias but no gracias
Standing in line at Six Flags is horrendous without a small fan. Usually the lines are enclosed in a building so there is no moving air. We had bought a dinky little fan for my nephew and ended up passing it around the family to keep cool. When the ride was over we went and bought the whole family one each. They come in handy but I would never just have one clipped to my belt as part of everyday attire.
hope it doesn't turn over and around and clip ya!
