6Sam2Can: I have to agree with you, it didn't say are these functioning headphones, I thought it was a charm for a bracelet/necklace. I also have to disagree with the earbuds being fake as I have seen them in one of those things to buy when you have everything magazines. The ones I saw were white gold plated and came with a matching white gold plated phone with diamond cursor cap, and emerald number buttons.
Okay, so I'm a sore loser too.
