Wow, I'll have to bookmark this. Another nifty tip I learned was how to create ringtones for my iPhone for free. It's pretty simple! You just convert the song you want to AAC then find the file and change the extension to a .m4r (the iPhone ringtone format). There are more detailed instructions online and it saves space if you clip the song to a shorter version.
1My favourite iTunes trick is using smart playlists. They are awesome! There's so much good stuff in iTunes
