Apple Inc and The Beatles’ company Apple Corps Ltd. didn't resolve their longstanding trademark dispute until this year, but it seems the issue is water under the bridge for Sir Paul McCartney. McCartney is featured in a groovy new Apple iPod + iTunes TV ad promoting his new album, "Memory Almost Full" (pretty geeky title, right?) and his full catalog of 25 solo albums was made available for the first time digitally on iTunes last month.
“'Memory Almost Full' is a very personal album for me, and I'm thrilled to let fans experience it in a whole new way,” McCartney said in a press release. “There’s no better time to make this music available through iTunes.” He may have just celebrated his 65th birthday, but I swear this ad makes him look 10 years younger.

lol, I said the same thing. "Wow, that guy looks like a young Paul McCartney. Oh, wait...."
1I saw this commercial last night!! And I was so excited to see Paul more relevant again. Seriously, I felt his last album was much less accessible than this one. In fact, I think switching to Starbuck's label was one of his smartest decisions of late. Going digital will help the younger generations get introduced to his music.
2i have to agree with geek and colormesticky - i thought it was vintage paul mccartney! anyways, this song makes me happy so i like it.
3The first time I saw this was at my birthday party a few days ago, and I got giddy. He looks so cute! I mean I've been in love with Paul since I was about 9, but he just looked extra cute in chucks dancing around with flowers and bright colors.
4I love Paul!
I don't get what his appeal is.
5It's maybe because I'm too young ot be a beatles fan or what not, but I think he's just not that good. I know I know, some of you out there probably want to shoot me, but it's true. I find most of the beatles songs boring and dull. And I really REALLY REALLY think Paul needs to retire and dedicate himself to his little girl and his older children (& possibly grandchildren ?). To me he's very annoying and the pot-head should go away.
FYI: I've seen the ad's and I'm kind of over the whole iPod ad thing.
(My husband, an obsessive Apple/Mac nerd, would be shocked to hear me say that, but yes, I'm over the whole ad type in general)
he's a beatle, that's the appeal i guess.
