As the third-gen iPhone specs and features rumors continue to swirl, I can at least pass on some Apple product news that may come to fruition.
I ran into a tipster during the fun E3 festivities today who told me that Apple will not only be announcing a new iPhone during their WWDC keynote on Monday but a new iPod Nano as well. Unfortunately I couldn't get any more details beyond that, but considering the latest iPod Shuffle is extremely tiny, I don't think it's a far cry to say the new Nano will be smaller as well (well at least slimmer).

I kinda hate that they update the ipods as much as they do. I don't mind the bigger hard drives but just a refresh to slim the ipod a little bit is mean to people that just bought ipods lol
1I totally agree, it is mean, I got my nano in March and am proud of it, but seeing that I like to upgrade my gadgets pretty often, I'll be buying a new iphone and nano when they are released. I guess it's good for my younger siblings who benefit from my costly habit!
2I thought apple had new iphones in the summer and ipods in the fall?? either way, I'm excited to see what they have up their sleeve for the nano. I'm not purchasing the iphone this summer since I'm opting for the pre but I'm also excited to see what the new iphone is going to have.
3I just got a 160 gb Ipod and it already got 25,000 songs on it. Call me a music addict!
4In that case, I'm glad I haven't gotten around to buying the Nano I planned to get myself for my birthday in March.
