my texting increases exponentially when alcohol or a boy is involved.

When I was with my last ex, I was texting all through school days. I was at least 50+ per day.

OMG I just counted and I sent 31 today. I was really thinking I was closer to the 10-15 range!

1-5. But honestly, I despise text messaging. It is to impersonal. I could call someone and say what I have to say in 1 minute instead of txt messaging for 15 min. Perhaps, I am just slow at texting though.

On my first bill, I realized that I didn't, in fact, have unlimited texting, but a 200 limit. I sent 523 texts, and I only activated my services a week and a half before the end of the month. I was doing 50-60 a day. Now, its 1-15ish.

i used to have unlimited and i didnt text very often, but now that i have a set number i seem to want to text more. lol.. now my set number is 3000, so i still ahve the freedom to do it, but today i think i sent 70-ish. i usually dont send that many, but my family just went out of town, so they keep texting me.. and my ex is out of town so i keep texting her.. and i went out by myself today so i was sending her pictures and videos and everything of where i was.. and this message is getting too long.. so =) bye~

I truthfully hate texting. Probably because I really can't text that well, but also because, like Saem, it's impersonal and I could be done with what I have to say in a minute rather than the 5 minutes it takes me to henpeck the message. I'm usually texting because people have texted me previously. This gets aggravating because I don't have a plan and I know I get texted a LOT. :/

The only person I text is my dad, and sometimes my mom. I can't even imagine sending 50 text messages in a week, or a month. I'm probably at about 3-4 per month.

I love texting! Ha I've never really been a phone person. I just don't like talking on the phone (land, work and cell, lol), but I have to and I of course carry a cell, but do more texting than talking.

my dad had to get everyone on our family plan unlimited text messaging because i was running up the bill so high...THAT's how many texts i send lol. but really, it depends on the person. i hate talking on the phone, i love texting though.

I hate texts. I wish people wouldn't send them to me. 90% of the time it's just a passive replacement for calling me and telling me whatever piece of info.

I like txt messaging, except when I get one from work. People always write short text messages and from friends that's fine, but for work the message can get confusing.

Most days I send atleast 25+ but one of my best friends (w/ unlimited messages) averages 1500 a month. Her record is over 3000 in one month!

it depends on the day, sometimes i only said up to 5 and others upto 60. my wireless bill isnt so good when i do my 60 a day more than twice a month.

When I worked it was a lot..But now I'm home, and my husband texts me 4-5 days a day..But he is in meetings, and we just had a baby girl

I absolutely cannot stand texting. If there is no way a person can make a call to me, then fine, text. Otherwise, they better be calling me. It is absolutely my biggest pet peeve. It drives me up a wall!

i am one of those people who text constantly, when im by myself, not like at dinner or anything. i probably send and recieve about 100 a day... maybe 200.

I have a sidekick so I can text a lot within minutes I fill my inbox of 100 at least 2 to 3 times a day yah I know that's a lot.

I have a MDA which makes texting easier but I still don't text that much. I don't know how people do it with just regular phones without a keyboard. It would drive me insane! I text 1-5 times a day. My company pays for my phone bill and texts but that still doesn't make me want to text more. I use my phone to send out e-mails more than text. Texting is great when you are in a restaurant waiting for a friend and you can't a) hear the phone ring or b) pick up the phone, but can't hear the person on the other end. It makes it much easier to find out where she is or how long she will be.

Savvy - it's easy doing it with a regular phone. I hold it with my right hand and use my thumb. It's really good when I'm shopping. I can text with one hand and grab stuff with the other. lol I do want to get a new phone that has a keyboard but not sure because I'm so used to doing it with one hand.

never have sent one. i have one friend that will text while she's talking to me (or our other friends). so rude. it's like an addiction for her i think. if you ask what she's texting it's never anything of consequence. why bother. we're becoming a society of short attention span/multi-taskers.

I send anywhere from 10 to 150 texts a day via my side kick 2. Sometimes its so much easier to have a conversation via text and I have unlimited texts so why not? I clear my inbox/outbox two or three times a day.
