Dashbuster app on your iPhone or iPod Touch, you can easily manage your Netflix queue.
The only big thumbs down I give it is that it doesn't have the functionality to add new movies, but according to this update, it probably will in the future.

I have PhoneFlix on my iPhone and I can use that to add movies to my queue. It has other limitations but overall I like the app.
