Capture It! Photo and Media Guide For Prewedding Parties
Assemble a Photo Plan and Team
You probably don't have the budget to hire a photographer for a bridal shower or bachelorette party, but don't miss the opportunity to capture the bride-to-be in her goofy getup and the group of gals all dolled up. Talk to the invitees to figure out who has the best camera and photog skills and ask that person to be the official photographer for the night. You can also suggest a handful of other invitees bring their own digital cameras and spread them across the party (ideally with homemade owner labels) so guests capture impromptu moments.
When the party is over
ask the attendees to upload all photos to the same account so everyone can relish the hilarious moments and upload their favorite pics to Facebook or TeamSugar to share with friends.
You might also consider taking Polaroids for each guest with the bride-to-be, setting out disposable cameras and asking the whole party to pose for a photo before and after all the fun.
