This dress gives Madonna's "Ray of Light" and the statement "she's glowing" a whole new meaning. This glow in the dark dress is full of light emitting diodes. I can't decide where I'd wear a dress like this, but all I can say is it's way more chic than the racy Glowfur bikini top [0] or the LED Puss In Boots [0]. These dresses will be available in the Japanese market toward the end of the year, so don't expect to see people glowing up till then.
