1You totally forgot about Felicia Day. She updates quite frequently, is most definitely a geek (and awesome), and is even the one who got Nathan Fillion and Alyson Hannigan (alydenishof on twitter) to join.

2 days ago I had the most awesomely comforting dream... Trent Reznor and I were riding unicorns over rainbows while quoting Criminal Minds, Star Trek (The Undiscovered Country) and eating lots of Ben and Jerry Cherry Garcia.
The day before I dreamt that everyone from Firefly played tag with glow sticks in the middle of India. That was great too...

16Kevin Rose for god sake! He is the original big name on Twitter, before all these celebs jumped on for free publicity he already had the top amount of followers.
17also John Green! aka @realjohngreen. He is a pretty popular vlogger on youtube (part of the vlogbrothers) and is a great YA author. He wrote Paper Towns and Looking For Alaska. His twitter is hilarious!!!
