Thank you, thank you, thank you for linking that article from Switched. Often people forget that there are guidelines for how to act online. The comments on the bit about WRITING IN ALL CAPS were entertaining. Somebody needs to tell all those blind boomers how to make the text on their screens bigger... and also that grammar rules still apply even after you're over the hill.
