There's a new reality show in town, but this one doesn't deal with breakups, relationships, or jobs in the fashion industry. It's all about gamers. SciFi's new reality series called WCG Ultimate Gamer pits twelve gamers against one another for a chance to win $100,000 dollars and be the face of the World Gaming Championships.

Just like other reality shows, WCG Ultimate Gamer has the competitors living in a house together, and surely some geeky drama will ensue. I have to admit that although I don't think the show will hold my attention for long, I'm totally interested to see what kind of fights break out in this house. I'm sure a few will include Mage spells, and there will be more than one house meeting about who ate the last of the Cheetos. Check out the first episode intro in the video above, and catch it tonight at 10 p.m. on SciFi if you dare.

1Oooooh that would be fun, well except for living with gamer people. I am a fairly well versed gamer and can handle most types although I prefer FPS.
