1I'm glad it's only a third of IT people doing the big brother thing. I had that happen to me where my IT guy quoted something that I had gotten in an email to me. It freaked me out so much that I would never do that. You should always keep in mind that your work computer and everything on it is owned by your company, you technically have no privacy when it comes to that computer. With that said I don't think it's OK to "spy" on people.
