i dont think a phone is a good gift ever. seems like something the person should always pick out and get on their own.
1May be phone is not a good gift on V.Day but if you found free Minutes to talk anywhere in the world, I think its not bad, Yes! Vopium is offering Free International calls on this Valentines day. Now I can wish anyone anywhere, Happy Valentines Day!
