For the eighty-four percent of you who said that you are ready for the Digital TV Transition, please disregard this message. For those of you that aren't ready, here are two tidbits of useful info.
The first is that the bill that the Senate was pushing to make the digital television transition easier for Americans — by changing the original February 17 date until June 12 — did not pass yesterday in the US House of Representatives.
And the second? Here's everything you need to know to be fully prepped for the digital switch on Feb. 17!

So no switch to June? (not that it affects me)
1I'm totally ok with this. In fact, I was a bit put off that they were thinking about pushing it forward for the procrastinators. I mean...we've had sooooo long to prepare. There is no reason everyone shouldn't be ready by now. If they had pushed it forward to June, the people who had procrastinated for so long now would have just procrastinated longer. That's my 2 cents.
2Thank god. Im tired of the freakin commercials from the past year and half. That and Im tired of my Dad asking to get him yet another coupon for a box. You dont need 10 boxes dad, youre good to go with the 4 you have.
3I am so glad they didn't extend it. We have all known about it for like ever and if I see this commercial anymore I think I will hang myself
