The best way to come up with a password that's strong and easy to remember is to think up a sentence and use the first letter to each word, replacing letters with numbers when appropriate.
Example: "One if by land, two if by sea" becomes 1ibl2ibs.
In addition, you should never repeat passwords on different sites. An easy way to have a semi-unique password for each site is to add the first (or last) letter of the URL to your core password.

2Probably the silliest hing ever n my lame and limited opnion. The passwords I generated were difficult to remember and just strings of ten letter. Very difficult.
3I agree - the problem with that site is, I'd never remember any of those. It has good examples for creating a strong password, but that's all. I've a system similar to GeeksDreamG.
