Apple's new 17-inch MacBook Pro is a beauty, to be sure, but what Apple wants you to focus on is its environmental friendliness. This new ad, first revealed at Macworld, is all about the extended battery life and getting you to see not just its silver exterior, but its new color — green.

While there will be so many that knock the 17 for that imbedded battery but it is crazy innovation. Seriously, if it can last up to 5 years then why complain. 5 years?? Three to four years is the recommended life cycle.
