The heralding of the new year means many things for many people, but for this tech and fashion junkie, it means the return of my favorite show, Gossip Girl [1]! Your selection for the TV Tech show of 2008 [2] was back in fine form last night, with catfights, long-lost babies, and rock-bottoms.
