After being given the chance to be a music-making kitty cat in Wii Music for the Wii, my first impressions of the game were pretty positive. But as much as strumming, stroking, and striking my Wiimote and Nunchuck to simulate instrumental music can be, I wasn't overly thrilled about the lack of competitive edge. I'm all about fun games without competition, but similar to the rest of you, it's rewarding when you get points (even if it is for getting a few keys correct). I just happened to catch this Wii Music commercial on TV last night and I couldn't help but have one of those moments where I thought — maybe it isn't so bad after all. What do you think? Did the commercial make you more interested in the game?

No, this game sucks.
1I'm not really competitive, so I'm kinda interested in trying this out. I think I'll try to rent it first though before spending $50 on it.
2Looks pretty silly. I'd rather play a real instrument.
3I loved the commercials so much I got this for my little cousins for Christmas. They are 10 and 7 so I know they will love it.
4It looks like fun, and if I have no problem playing air-tennis then air-instrument should be fine.. but I dunno if I'd actually dish out the ? dollars to play it.

5(Ignoring the fact that I don't have a Wii) This game doesn't sound too appealing to me... I like getting points or a rating, etc, if only to see how I'm improving.
But I suppose I'd give it a shot before I rule it out completely.

8I'll most likely get Wii Music sometime in the future, but not until it goes down in price. I would rather spend $50 on another game.
9I have a friend who bought Wii Music. It's cute, but not worth $50. It's more fun with 2+ players... very boring when you just playing 1 player.

I mean, it's hilarious and fun to play with some friends for the first few hours that you get it :C but after that, it's been collecting dust on top of my television...
I do recommend getting Animal Crossing: City Folk though :]
11i was totally into it....till i got my game informer and they gave it a 3! i usually agree with those dudes so that totally turned me off of it!
