Remember how I was whining about having a million remotes on my coffee table yesterday? Well, I found another solution, and this time, it's green, hides your remotes, and makes you look smart!

Secret Storage Books are real books that have been given a second life by having their insides carved out, so you can put them on your coffee or side table with your remote inside (bonus — you'll always know where it is). Prices range from $17 to $75, depending on the kind and size of book you want.
What do you think? Am I making too big of a deal of needing to hide my remotes, or are you into this recycled book idea?

i wouldn't buy it
1id make one myself
I would probably try to make 1 too, would have to use some jig saw or something to get through all the pages of a thick book. I would use a old dictionary as nobody would bother to pick that up, or a bible lol.
2While my inner bibliophile cringes at this initially, it does seem like a cool idea. I do agree that I would just make one myself though. Just find a book that no one would use and go to work. Much cheaper than buying one. :/
3that´s awesome.
4i would just make it myself though
I think it's a neat idea, I just don't know if I could find a book I could carve up without dying a little inside. I mean, there's a lot of crappy books out there, but would you want them sitting on your coffee table?
5It seems cheesy to me. It's just a remote, no one is going to be surprised if they see one on your coffee table. And if you have so many remotes that you don't know what to do with them, maybe it's time to invest in a universal remote or put the wiimotes away when you're done using them?
6It's a neat idea, but I think it is rather useless.
7I've always love this concept.
