meandthejs (who also made the previous Sugar Cookie costume), has been selected as the winner of our Halloween Costume Contest and will now receive a Canon Rebel XSi SLR Digital Camera! A homemade Yoshi costume. . . with Mario? I'm still in awe!
Here's what meandthejs said about this fabulous costume for her son:
"Now, my son thinks he is more geeky. He is Yoshi, with Mario on his back. We made a head and attached it to a bike helmet, then the body is of felt. He thinks a homemade game character costume is pretty geeky.

Last year he was Lucario, which was definately geeky, too.
We can't wait for the prize!
It was definately work and I am afraid of what the kids will ask to be next year, but they are already thinking of it!
