Legends of the Hidden Temple

amgmd and her friends created this spectacular costume ensemble in 2006. Here's what she had to say about it:
"My friends and I had been obsessed with the old nineties game show,
Legends of the Hidden Temple. We decided to get geared up as the Purple Parrots, Orange Iguanas, Host Kirk Fogg, and even Olmec which was complete with sound effects and theme music from the show!
It was a great time. We ran around pretending to play the game on the steps of the house, had challenges that won us half pendants of life (just like the show!), and had to run around looking for the "historic item" hidden somewhere in the house. We really wanted to get a temple guard to awkwardly grab one of us (without seeming like a child molester like they did on the show) but nobody would commit to wearing the costume."
