Halloween How To: The Rick Roll

This year for Halloween I wanted to be something totally geeky, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So of course that meant that I had to make my own costume. So to be honest, I don't even remember how I came up with the idea of being a real life Rick Roll, but it must have been lodged in my subconscious from all the "rolls" I've received this year. The best part about this project is that it was inexpensive — my total costs came out to less than $25! And when you are trying to budget for Halloween night spirits (of the liquid kind), that's pretty exciting. How did I do it? I'll tell you, but first you have to gather your materials!
