Haha this looks hilarious. I was in Paris not too long ago sitting in the Tuileries, about 15 of these went past ... and I was thinking to myself "I bet they're Americans." Sure enough ... they were ... with ridiculous helmets on their heads. Able-bodied, healthy Americans. I mean, it was a gorgeous day in a gorgeous park ... wouldn't you want to ... you know, move your legs a bit?
