The flash drive market has to be the most entertaining genre in the tech world these days. Manufacturers are constantly trying to one up one another with colorful, blinging and outrageous drives, which at the end of the day, are simply for backing and transferring information.
A-DATA decided to get in on the game with a series of “Pirates of the Caribbean Flash Drives," which all have designs featuring Johnny Depp’s mysterious pirate figure and a golden exterior just like the pirate’s sword.
Disney has licensed a few other characters for flash drives recently, but given the Johnny Depp and Pirates craze, I'm guessing these bad boys are going to be a big hit with school age kids and Depp fans alike. If only they came with an eye patch.

8I once saw an USB stick which was sort of embedded into a (not altogether bad looking) watch. Now THAT was something I liked: never forgetting your stick. brilliant
9Crazy, colorful USBs are a waste to me. I lose them as often as my sungalsses!
10I'm not sure if I'm into this whole advertising on my flash drive.. maybe a bit too far for me.
