It's healthy to vent about rude cell phone users you encounter in the Cell Phone Rant Group, but it's hilarious to give out these Cell Citation Notes ($4.50)!
Write the offender up a ticket detailing what they were doing wrong with their phone (the section for ringtone offenses kills me) and their punishment and hand it to them — I cannot imagine what someone's face would look like as they were reading it.
I think I need to buy this notepad even if I get too shy to use it, but would you hand these out?

5I need this for the girl who sits next to me at work. She is on her cell phone all day long, sometimes even yelling or crying. Then in our meeting today she spent the entire time texting. Why won't the bosses do anything about it? Argh!

7that's really funny. i think that i need to get one of these and take it to the gym with me, or make sure that i have it in the elevator. those are my two biggest pet peeve places that people use their phones in rude ways.
if you're chatting on your phone while you're working out then you shouldn't be working out right? and if you're in an elevator and you know that you're in a close space with others - DON'T talk on your phone - it's rude!
