I'm not overly familiar with this female duo, but popular to to the tween generations, teen pop band Aly and AJ, will be coming out with their own guitars for games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band for the Wii and PS2 in a few weeks. Each guitar will cost a cool $70, and fans will be able to choose from Aly's Guitar, which will feature a heart and cross bone print in a pink and brown color, or AJ's pink Guitar that features a purple zebra print and is in the shape of a heart. Performance Designed Products, the makers of the guitars, will create one of the guitars specifically for tweens, ages 8 to 12 while the other will be targeted for teens and older. Wonder if they have one in my size?

Hehe I think this is cool since those games are somewhat primarily geared towards males. I LOVE Rock Band and always get excited when a new Blondie song or such comes out that I can sing a long to!

Now I can actually like playing the guitar Sticking out tongue

Sorry, and I don't mean to offend anyone, but I really loathe these. I'm fourteen, and I would rather starve than be seen with one of those. I know my friend, who is 13, would never use one of these guitars-and she loves Guitar Hero! What is it with this skull and crossbones trend? In pink and brown?! Gag me.

i heard about this the other day - and i have to say that even though i'm not into either the game or the girls - i know that there's a LARGE following - so it's probably a good move on their part.
