Goog-411 can be accessed by dialing 1-800-GOOG-411 from any phone. An entirely automated system, Goog-411 will provide you with business info when you tell it what city and state you are in. Results are spoken back or text messaged back to you (just by saying text message), and the number you requested is automatically given to you free of charge.
Still in its experimental stage, this new service is currently only available in English, in the US, for US businesses and it might not work for everyone at all times. Be patient folks, in due time all the glitches will be ironed out.
