An acronym for "problem exists between keyboard and chair." Often used by IT guys at happy hour.
(Sidenote: I certainly hope no one has ever described my situation as "PEBKAC.")

I have a big red USER ERROR stamp that I love
I don't think I've ever uttered the
word pebkac though.
1Oh - I am so using this! LOL
2I work in tech support. I utter this word to myself daily...but I have yet to actually use it in conversation!
3I have also heard layer 8 error for the first time last week, from a network guy of course. I usu. go for "user error" as well.
4And how do you pronounce this word?
5Layer 8? Does that have anything to do with the 7 layers of networking? As far as pronunciation goes I have always said it exactly as it reads- peb kac - I don't know how to type that out phonetically for you. I found this by googling but I wouldn't know w t f this means
(pĕb'kāk)
6Could also be an id 10 t error (id10t).
7I don't get this at all... What's between the keyboard? I need to ask the IT guys at work I guess.
8YOU are between the keyboard and the chair
9LOL nevermind- BF just explained. I was thinking to sexually!
10Its a word I use DAILY.. hehe
11I work at a library and we have this all the time. i don't know why people use computers if they don't know anything about them. How hard is double clicking? NOT HARD!!!
