OK, OK, I know that the iPhone has its drawbacks. No video capabilities, no camera flash, and certainly no camera zoom. I knew these downsides and decided to dive into the Apple pool anyway. So is this Camera Telescope for your first-gen iPhone a savior, or is it just putting a Band-Aid on a bigger problem?
Adding a 6X zoom to your iPhone would be a nice addition, but you'd run the risk of looking like a total dork with that telescope sticking out the back of your sleek handheld. But of course, for $18, it might be worth it for those times you're stalking a celebrity from your corner table at the Ivy. I dunno, I'm torn. What do you think?

ha that is kind of dorky.... but at the same time - its only $18!!! at first glance i expected it to be one of those ridiculously priced gadgets that really has very few uses. but for $18 - - just throw that baby in your purse!
1Only $18 is good but it seems unpractical. I think the good photo you might get would be worth less because it's so small pixel-wise.
2I think I have to pass on that. If I'm taking "real" pictures I don't use my iPhone

4um...no. but you know the one feature i would die to have on my iphone? i mean, it's almost a deal breaker for me right now. i want to be able to text images!!!! and why do i have to go online to look at the images people send me? and i can't blow them up so they are supper small!!!! i hate, hate, HATE this aspect of the ipone. i'm thinking i might be ready for a switch to another smartphone that has those capabilities in a few months. maybe around christmas!
5It looks silly... but seems functional enough... it's all about how what your priorities and uses for it are
