I know, Christmas is still over three months away, but I had to share this crucial life-altering info in case you've been trying to get your hands on a Wii or you know someone who has one on their wish list. The Wii is in stock at Walmart! Not only is it available online and in the store, but you can purchase fun bundles like the "Wii Starter Bundle" or the "Wii with Wii Fit Bundle." It wasn't that long ago that there was a shortage of these little white consoles and I'm pretty sure they'll all get scooped up during the holiday season, so get 'em while you can!

1I have my doubts about finding either in store in a large city. When I look up my location on the store finder, they're all out of stock. Online might be your best bet.
Now if I'm willing to drive 30 or so miles out of the city, I might be able to find one in a small town Wal-Mart. I did get my Wii Fit that way.
2We just got our Wii and Wii Fit the other day at Toys R Us. The flagship store in NYC had a load of Wii Fit, which seems to be sold out everywhere. Now to get my DH to set it up so I can get moving!

4You're welcome -- we went all over creation looking for the Wii Fit, so I'm happy to share the info! Plus if you open a TRU credit card, they give you 10% off on everything except the game system -- so we got the Wii Fit, Rock Band, Mario Kart, Wii Play (comes with an extra remote), and some accessories at a discount! Whoohooo!
5This really bums me out because I just bought one last week at Fry's but it wasn't as good of a deal
6I got my Wii at Walmart a few weeks ago, and even the employees there were surprised they still had them in stock. They didn't have the Wii Fit at that time though.
7We had to fight hard to get our Wii in the spring, now I can't find a Wii Fit anywhere! I'm hoping they'll continue to boost production before the holiday rush so I can get my hands on one.
8I got our (mine and my BFF's) at WalMart at the beginning of the summer. We purchased the starter pack along with Mario Kart (her fave game ever) and have been playing pretty much nonstop for the last three months.
