OK seriously, when I saw the picture of Molly Sims' blinged out Nintendo DS the other day, I noticed the gadget second. The first thing I noticed was the totally gooftroop face she was making while playing her game. My second favorite weird face is Ms. Hayden Panettiere's here.
But I'm not passing judgment — I do it too! Whether I'm scrunching up my nose, closing one eye, or have my mouth wide open, I'm never not making a stupid face while I'm gaming. It's kind of like how John Mayer makes those weird "O" faces when he plays the guitar.
I'm pretty sure a scientist will come forward with studies in the near future proving that yes, making a stupid face does increase your video game prowess.
So, I know I am not alone — do you make a goofy face when you play video games?

1I'm not sure. I know that sometimes I lean whichever way I'm trying to get the character to go.
2I make faces, lean, talk, gasp, and go "Eek!" "YES!" and "No no NO!" I also shake after tough boss battles. XD

5along with game faces...i've been known to inch closer towards the screen whenever the game gets intense.
6my best ones come from playing guitar hero/rock band.
and i need a trip to church after trying to play the damn drums on rockband.
7I didn't know until I saw my reflection in my DS screen while that I totally frown when I play. I'll probably end up with these deep frown-grooves between my eyebrows when I'm older ... all because of gaming. LOL.

11My head always tilts wayyyyy back and I end up peering really intensely over my nose at all the action when I play Halo with my guy friends
12I had a photo project I did in my third year of university for my own enjoyment of taking pictures of people playing the Wii, PS2 or the nintendo DS. All the pictures are absolutely hysterical. I especially love the fury or laughter of a person if they mess up or get surprised.
And, I make the dumbest face ever during DDR.

17With as much yelling at game characters as I do while I'm playing its pretty much impossible that I don't make weird faces.

20I do a pretty much open mouth body swerving thing when I have to drive but for the most part I keep a pretty serious face because I play espionage games mostly.
21Yep I do and am not ashamed of it lol. I usually pull faces while playing Final Fantasy games, plus cuss out the baddie in the game whenever the SOB attacks my character. My 14 year old son and 18 year old daughter do it too.
22After all it is part of having fun while playing video games. Have you ever seen someone have a stoic look on their face while playing a game?
Apparently I make intense or serious game faces most of the time, though I've more likely than not made some silly faces. I shout at the screen sometimes when I get especially frustrated, but never when I play with others.
23I feel like I should get botox after some serious gaming. My forehead tells the tale and I tend to bite my lips.

27Most of the time I have a gaping mouth and a frown. Sometimes I'll bite my lips or stick out my tongue in concentration. Have you ever played Mario Galaxy? 'Cause everyone I know keeps leaning and turning heads because of the gravity thing.
28I usually cuss 10 times more when I'm playing video games. Really. It's a bit of a problem...I usually get funny looks from my friends cause every other word that comes out of my mouth is a cuss word!
