Most people who have made the leap to online shopping swear that it is the most convenient and hassle free way to shop. Anne Metz, the editor of Styledash is one of those people.
She loves making purchases from online retailers who offer free overnight shipping, saying "I'm so infatuated with this amenity that I've actually stopped buying from shops that don't send me my goods gratis."
I realized this week that I've become a little store shy and much prefer being able to check things out online, research sales and make purchases without leaving the house or office. It gives me more time to workout, read and certainly saves me money on gas. Why do you like shopping online?

I really hate pushy salespeople!
Also, returning things when bought online can be a lot easier- just slap on a return label- then going to the store and trying to explain why it didn't work out.
1I can't deal with crazy busy stores and sales people trying to get me to come out of the changeroom constantly... Look salespeople: I don't know you and I don't want you to see me in a bathing suit... stop harassing me.
2I love simplicity. So I'm all for online shopping
3Right now I have a right broken ankle and I am locked in my house so it is exciting to see the delivery men.
I do like it because I don't really like shopping. I also like it because I can take my time and my feet don't hurt.
4Plus no worrying whether they have your size/color/style.
"Save the makeup, save the world..."
5With clothes it's awkward because my size varies from store to store that in the end it's easier to take the 20 min bus ride to the actual. I like buying books and Cd's online because the shops I use have free shipping.
6Ummmm... where is the "You can shop in your underwear" option?
7You can get better deals online, without having to show up early in the morning on a Saturday... I hate waking up early and I love being able to shop at midnight!
8I love to online shop b/c there are better deals and more variety/options than in any of the stores where I live. Except for groceries, most of my purchases are done online.
9I can actually find the right thing online. Stores are very limited for the most part. A lot of cool stores that are on the coasts don't even exist here in Co.
I also agree that I like to shop at weird times of the day. When the mood strikes me that I need something, I want to be able to secure it right then and know it's on its way.
I still don't shop for clothing (except accessories) online because sending it back often costs a lot or is riddled with other annoyances. Victoria's Secret in particular are @$$holes about this. My boyfriend's mom went from being a die-hard VS bra fan to vowing not to shop there again because of their rude mail order issues.
10There are two reasons I don't shop online more:
1, I am too lazy to return things that don't fit, so I would rather not take that chance in the first place.
2, I am often looking for something that I need that day, so unless they had an instantly at your doorstep the minute you hit checkout, it just doesn't work for me.
