Wii Decals: Love or Leave?

It's one thing to bling out a small device like a Nintendo DS, but an entire console? Not for the faint of heart. If that Wii sitting on your TV stand is just "too white" then these Floral Wii Decals ($19) may be what you need to get rid of the blinding white exterior.

Of course, should you tire of flowers, you can always take the decal off. Which, if you live with your boyfriend, may be required.

What do you think?

I guess if you like variety they're not bad. I wouldn't use one though. I like my Wii the way it is.

Leave. I doubt my fiance would let me do that to our Wii. Plus, I don't feel any great urge to decorate it... not with that decal, at least...

There are many original designs I think can be vastly improved, but the Wii is not one of them.

WTF?!? The Wii is simple and beautiful by itself. Why would you want to decorate it in that cr*p?

I agree with millarci, the Wii is so streamlined that it shouldn't be covered up with tacky wallpaper

I found a site that has way cooler decals then the floral one pictured. My wii is now digital grey camo...as are my wiimotes and nunchucks, and classic controller. I think it's pretty cool.

I'll take the plain Wii interface, thank you very much. Not worth paying $19 for!

the idea of giving the wii a pattern is pleasing to me, hence why i spent the $9.99 to give it a skin. was it floral? NO! was it nearly as ugly as the one featured? NO! Did I spend a $20 on the thing? HELL NO! Smiling

I like 'em. I'll put stickers on anything though, and I'm always looking to change the look of my home in cheap and small ways.

No way! I had to wait outside of Target at 6 am on a cold morning to finally get my Wii. No way am I covering up my hard won bounty. And it looks fine the way it is. Nice & sleek.
