There's a new gadget trend in town, and love it or not, it's hit the geek circuit with a bang. Geeky product connoisseur Thinkgeek has unveiled the Hip Holster and Shoulder Holster, which seem to combine the needs of James Bond, Han Solo and Dwight Schrute into two very geeky cases. "As a world-renowned super-spy, you've got a pile of gadgets at your disposal, but you've also got to keep your secret identity a secret," says Thinkgeek. "You have to be able to blend into the crowd at a moment's notice."

The shoulder model is $49.99 and the hip model is $59.99, which means you are even paying more for the extra geekiness of having a gadget strap around your thigh. Would you wear one?

10Hey, Sugarpub
Thanks for the tip!
This holster is so not chic, but I saw the ad for the cell phone Fashion Wrap on Tech and now I have 2 and I love 'em!!! I was concerned that it would not hold my phone securely... but it does - and they are easy to get out when you need them... you can get them online through Rivet International and for a little bit less $$$ at www.celegance.com
11I have a gadget holster, it's called my purse. I can see some guys using that though. We all thought the cell phone on the hip looked wierd 5 or 6 years ago but now it's common.
