Sure you love Apple products and all, but you just got a new cell, so you don't need a new iPhone 3G, and you can't justify spending $300 - $500 (depending on size) for a new iPod Touch. For those of you who are cool with purchasing refurbished electronics [1], the Apple store is offering refurbished 8GB and 16GB versions [2] of the iPod Touch for $50 less than the original price tag. So basically that's $199 for the 8 and $299 for the 16GB [3]. If you're still on the fence about refurbished gadgets, I've only heard good things about Apple since refurb'd products come as good as new — no one would ever know the difference!
