Since I love uncommon ways to keep power cords stowed away that are still aesthetically pleasing within your home's decor, I was all eyes when I came across this simplistic cord holder. The Hang On Outlet, designed by Paulo Oh, has created this user-friendly cord holder that makes unplugged cords look neat and tidy.

This looks like a neat concept, but all the outlets in my home and everywhere I have ever lived are vertical, not horizontal like these are
In fact, I don't think I've ever seen outlets like these before.
1I agree with mimsical---I wish I had outlets like these. Great idea.
2What a great idea, since electronics continue to pull energy from the outlet they're plugged into even when they're off. This leaves no excuse not to unplug them =)

4Very nice!
5I can see this being really useful in a kitchen or bathroom. You want the plug to your hairdryer/blender/george foreman to be safely stored where it won't accidentally get in the sink, but you don't want it plugged in all the time. Totally cool!
6of course you have an excuse to keep them plugged in! my vcr would not record if i unplugged it! my clock wouldn't keep time if i unplugged it. and the automatic lights wouldn't come on if i unplugged them. some things can be unplugged but most in my house can't. but i would like to have horizontal outlets!
7now, why didn't I think of this? I love the idea! No more stray cords laying around for me to step on or vacuum up!
