I've always thought
Jott was a good idea, but as an app, it's even easier to remember to use it — since it'll provide you with reminders after you record the "note to self" you need to remember for later.

I think the "Recorder" application works better: http://www.recordertheapp.com/
It allows you to email and edit your memo saved information (title).
